gd: the Gas Direct command line

Needs Python 3.10 or newer. Install it with pipx:

pipx install gasdirect-cli --index-url https://packages.test.app.gasdirect.exxonmobillng.com/simple/

Then sign in with gd login: it opens your browser, and you sign in the way you sign in to Gas Direct. gd can only do what your own Gas Direct roles allow.

Upgrade with pipx upgrade gasdirect-cli --index-url https://packages.test.app.gasdirect.exxonmobillng.com/simple/. Always pass --index-url; never add this index with --extra-index-url.
